Acceptance of Offer and Refund
Each order placed and validated on the site explicitly represents acceptance of these Sales Terms and Conditions and constitutes full acceptance of the offer. Our customers will automatically receive an order confirmation email as well as a download link for the posters and their invoice. As our products are digital content, their purchase is deemed final and definitive, which shall not give rise to any exchange or refund. It is reminded that the seven-day withdrawal period provided by Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code does not apply to this type of product once we have executed your order by sending the download link.
Prices and Payment
All prices are indicated in US dollars our in Euros, depending on the country that the cliente indicates during the checkout. Orders are payable in full, in advance, only on the website soulfulprints.org via a secure payment module that allows payment by credit card or PayPal.
Delivery
All our posters are delivered digitally in PDF format, either via a download link or as an attachment to an email indicating this delivery. In order to open and read our posters, our customers must have software capable of reading PDF files (e.g. Acrobat Reader). These software programs are available for free on the Internet.
Protection of Personal Data

Disputes and Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute arising from this contractual relationship, the parties agree, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution. In accordance with the Law, the competent court in the event of a dispute shall be that of the defendant’s domicile. The products sold on the site are evolving and cannot give rise to any claim for damages. The consultation of this site does not replace official legal sources of information. The products sold on the site constitute supports without legal value and the site does not guarantee the accuracy of these documents despite the work done by Soulful Prints to present documents in compliance. Soulful Prints warns visitors to its site against misinterpretation of the content of its site and disclaims all responsibility in this regard. The maximum compensation shall be the refund of the value of the products purchased on the site.
